How do I change my email or phone number?

Your email and phone number are how you sign in, so both live in your profile under Sign-in Methods.

1. Open your Profile (tap your avatar, or open the menu on your phone).
2. Find Sign-in Methods.
3. Tap Email or Phone Number — you can update an existing one or add one you haven't set up yet.
4. Enter the new address or number.
5. We'll send a 5-digit code to verify it's really yours. Enter the code, and it's saved.

Verified methods show a green Verified badge.

Good to know:

• You can sign in with any verified method — adding both an email and a phone number means you always have a backup way in.
• You need at least one verified sign-in method at all times, so add the new one before removing an old one.
• During the beta, phone numbers must be US mobile numbers (10 digits).
