How much storage does my family have?

Your storage comes with your account, and everything you upload — across every space you own — draws from that one allowance. You don't juggle separate limits per space.

To see where you stand (space owners):

1. Open the menu — the Storage row shows your usage at a glance.
2. Tap it for the full picture: total storage used, and a breakdown by space so you can see which memories are taking the room.

What counts toward storage: the photos and videos uploaded to spaces you own. Joining someone else's space doesn't use your storage — their space draws on its owner's allowance.

Getting close to the limit? The Trash is worth a look first: photos sitting in Trash still count toward your storage until they're deleted automatically at the end of their 90 days — and Delete Forever frees the room immediately. Beyond that, the Storage screen is where plan options live as they become available during the beta.
