How do I invite family to a space or album?

Photos are better with the people who remember them. There are two ways to bring family in: a personal invitation (by email or text) or a share link.

Invite someone to your space

1. Open Members from your space and tap Invite.
2. Choose Email or Phone, and enter their address or number. (During the beta, texts go to US mobile numbers.)
3. Add their name if you like — it personalizes the invitation.
4. Pick their role:
   • Admin — full control of the space
   • Curator — organizes and tags photos, creates albums
   • Subscriber — views the albums you choose, can like and comment
5. For a Subscriber, pick which albums to share. You can also add a personal message.
6. Tap Send Invitation.

They'll receive an email or text with a link; tapping it walks them through joining. You can Resend or Cancel any invitation from the "Awaiting Response" list.

Or share a link

In the invite screen, switch to Share Link, choose the albums it covers, and tap Generate Share Link. Anyone who opens the link joins those albums as a Subscriber. Treat the link like a key — send it only to people you want in. You can revoke a link any time from Active Share Links.

Invite to a single album

Open the album and tap Invite — you can add existing space members, invite someone new by email or text, or create an album share link.
