Why isn't my photo showing up?
Where to look before you worry
Nine times out of ten, the photo is there — just not where you're looking. Check these in order:
- Scroll to the date it was taken. Photos are filed by the date they were taken, not uploaded. A photo from last summer lives in last summer, even if you added it today. Use the timeline to jump to the right year.
- Check Uploaded Recently. Anything added in the last 24 hours appears in the Uploaded Recently section at the top of your space — that's the fastest way to confirm an upload landed.
- Make sure the upload finished. If you left Memrico mid-upload, some files may not have gone up. The upload panel shows each file's status; anything marked Failed has a Retry button.
- Space vs. album. Uploading to the space doesn't automatically place a photo in an album. Open the album, tap + Add Media → From Space, and pick it.
- Check your view. If you were invited to specific albums only, you'll see those albums rather than the whole space — the photo may be in a part of the space that wasn't shared with you.
- Refresh. Pull to refresh on your phone, or reload the page — especially if someone else just uploaded.
Still missing? Email support@memrico.com with roughly when you uploaded it and from which device, and we'll track it down.
