What is the Lifetime Deal?

As a thank-you to the people who helped us build Memrico, beta participants can make a one-time payment for a storage plan that never renews, never bills again, and stays with your account for as long as Memrico operates. No subscription. No monthly charge. Pay once, keep your memories.

Who's eligible

• You created your Memrico account during the beta period (on or before [BETA END DATE]).
• Your account is in good standing (not suspended or closed).
• One Lifetime plan per account, purchasable once.
• The offer is available to beta participants in the United States.

Prices are in USD and exclude any applicable sales tax, which is calculated at checkout. Every tier is available for the entire window — there's no quantity limit and no need to race.

When you can buy

The Lifetime Deal window opens when the beta ends on [BETA END DATE] and stays open for 30 days, closing on [WINDOW CLOSE DATE]. We'll let you know inside the app and by email when the window opens, and remind you 7 days and 24 hours before it closes. After the window closes, the Lifetime Deal is gone for good — standard monthly and annual plans will always be available.

Choosing your tier

During the beta you could upload freely, and Memrico told you each time your library crossed a storage milestone — so you already know roughly where you stand. At purchase:

• You can buy any tier at or above your current storage usage.
• Want a smaller tier than your current usage? Tidy up first — once your usage fits inside a tier, you can buy it. Your Manage Storage screen shows exactly where you are.

What's included

Everything. A Lifetime plan is the full Memrico product at your storage tier — shared albums and spaces, photo and video upload, Meetups, Rico (your AI memory assistant), face recognition (always governed by your own consent choices), and inviting family and friends to share it all with you. There is no feature-limited version of the Lifetime Deal.

What "lifetime" means (the honest version)

"Lifetime" means the lifetime of the Memrico service — for as long as Memrico, Inc. operates Memrico, your plan stays active with no further payment. Specifically:

• No renewal, ever. We will never bill you again for this plan.
• Your allowance is protected. We will never reduce the storage you purchased.
• No inactivity clock. We will never suspend, downgrade, or purge a Lifetime account for inactivity. Come back in five years — your memories will be waiting.
• One transfer, if you ever need it. Your plan belongs to your account, but life happens: you can transfer it — account, memories, and all — to another person once, for any reason (a family handoff, a gift, or as part of your estate). Transfers are arranged through our support team so they're deliberate and safe. Publicly advertising or reselling Lifetime plans isn't permitted.
• If Memrico ever shuts down — we don't plan to, but honesty matters — we commit to at least 90 days' advance notice and tools to export all of your photos, videos, and data before the service closes.

What happens if you outgrow your storage

Nothing dramatic, and nothing silent. Memrico never deletes your memories because you crossed a line. The Lifetime Deal is a once-only purchase, so if your library grows past your Lifetime tier, you cover the extra with a regular subscription on top of your Lifetime base:

• Example: you own the 100 GB Lifetime plan and your library grows to 140 GB. Add the 50 GB monthly plan ($13.99/mo) and your total allowance becomes 150 GB.
• Your Lifetime storage is never touched — cancel the add-on subscription anytime and you keep your full Lifetime allowance.
• As you approach your allowance you'll get the same friendly milestone notices you saw during the beta, pointing you to your options: tidy up in Manage Storage, or add a plan.

Payments, taxes, and refunds

• One-time payment by credit or debit card at checkout, processed securely by our payment provider. We never see or store your full card number.
• Applicable sales tax is added at checkout based on your billing address.
• 14-day money-back guarantee. If you change your mind within 14 days of purchase, contact support for a full refund, no questions asked. After 14 days, the purchase is final.

Fair use

The Lifetime Deal covers your personal photos, videos, and memories — the things Memrico is for — shared with the people you choose. It isn't a general-purpose file locker: accounts used to resell storage, share sign-in credentials, or bulk-store content unrelated to personal memories may have their plan suspended after warning, per our Terms of Service.

If you decide not to buy

That's completely fine — the beta was free, and there's no obligation. Your options when the window closes:

• Subscribe instead. Standard monthly and annual plans are available at any tier at or above your usage — before the window closes, after it closes, whenever you're ready.
• Choose nothing, and your account locks. If the window closes and you haven't chosen a plan, you'll no longer be able to use Memrico — but your memories aren't deleted. For 90 days you can download a complete export of everything you uploaded, and subscribing at any point in those 90 days unlocks your account exactly as you left it. We'll email you well before anything changes.
• After the 90 days, your data is permanently deleted. We'll warn you more than once before that happens — permanent means permanent, and we'd rather you leave with your memories than lose them.

The fine print

• The Lifetime Deal is a one-time promotional offer to beta participants and may not be combined with other offers.
• The Memrico Terms of Service and Privacy Policy apply. This article is a plain-language summary; the binding terms are in the Lifetime Plan Agreement.
• Your privacy choices — including face-recognition consent — are entirely separate from your plan and are never affected by what you pay.
• Serious Terms of Service violations can lead to plan suspension or termination as described in the Terms of Service.
